Terms and Conditions Policy for In Person Events for Adi Shakti LLC
1. Booking Contract:
A booking is confirmed when Adi Shakti receives the deposit and sends written confirmation. Participants acknowledge acceptance of these terms upon booking.
2. Program Dismissal:
Adi Shakti LLC ("Adi Shakti") reserves the right to dismiss any participant deemed to have violated program conditions, compromised program goals, or has an active contagious health condition. Dismissal will occur without refund.
3. Travel Insurance:
Participants are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.This insurance should include, but is not limited to, coverage for:
Trip Cancellation
Trip Interruption
Trip Delay
Baggage and Personal Belongings
Emergency Medical Expenses
Emergency Evacuation and Repatriation
Adi Shakti highly recommends considering a Cancel for Any Reason Travel Insurance policy to ensure broader coverage against unforeseen circumstances. Adi Shakti is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
4. Emergency Medical Care:
In the event of emergency medical care, hospitalization, or surgery, participants authorize Adi Shakti's leadership to secure necessary treatment. If not covered by travel insurance, participants are responsible for incurred expenses. Adi Shakti may notify the listed emergency contact during emergencies abroad.
5. Payment:
i. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is due at booking, based on the chosen payment plan indicated on the enrollment page. Payment options are made available at the time of booking. Deposits expire in two years and are transferrable. All payments to SoulWork are non-refundable.
ii. Final Payment: Due according to the selected payment plan, participants are required to meet the requirements of their chosen plan, with options available at booking. Failure results in booking cancellation, retaining the deposit. No refunds; payment is transferable to a future program if canceled within 60 days. If canceled within 60 days, all payments are surrendered. We recommend you contact your travel insurance to recover your investment.
6. Cancellation:
i. By Client: Cancellation results in no refund; payment is transferable to a future program. Cancel for Any Reason is allowed.
ii. By Adi Shakti: Adi Shakti may cancel for any reason. Options for affected clients include a substitute program, a refund, or accepting a lower-value substitute.
7. Unused Services:
No refunds for missed services due to client fault. Adi Shakti is not liable for consequential losses.
8. Flexibility:
Participants acknowledge the need for flexibility due to unforeseen circumstances. Itineraries may change without notice.
9. Medical Conditions:
Participants are responsible for assessing fitness for travel. Adi Shakti cannot offer medical advice. Special requests may be accommodated but aren't guaranteed.
10. Acceptance of Risk:
Participants assume risks inherent in travel and adventurous activities. Adi Shakti is released from claims arising from these risks.
11. Liability:
Adi Shakti is not liable for client faults, acts of third parties, or events beyond control. Liability is limited to the program price. No liability for loss or damage to valuables.
12. Client Responsibility:
Clients must comply with laws, and Adi Shakti may terminate arrangements for illegal acts or disruptive behavior. Clients are responsible for costs due to damages.
13. Travel Documents:
Clients must have valid passports and required documents. Vaccinations are the client's responsibility.
14. Claims and Complaints:
Clients must promptly report complaints to Adi Shakti to address them. Adi Shakti is not liable for unreported complaints.
15. Severability:
If any term is unenforceable, it will be severed to allow other terms to survive. Broad terms will be interpreted narrowly.
16. Contract Parties:
These terms benefit and bind both Adi Shakti and the client, their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
17. Media Release:
Participants consent to media recording and release their rights for Adi Shakti's use.
Disputes will be under Indiana laws and litigated in Hamilton County, Indiana, USA.
Electronic Signature:
By booking, you consent to and agree with these terms.
Additional Person Booking:
If booking for an additional person, you are also held to these terms on their behalf.
